Ingredients


    Frozen Strawberries - Unsweetened, 1 cup
    Banana, frozen, 1 cup, sliced
    8th Continent Original Vanilla Light Soymilk, 8 oz
    Hodgson Mill Milled Flaxseed, 1 tbsp

Directions

**I slice ripened banana into chunks and freeze - always ready for smoothies!!**

Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ it's thick enough to need a spoon and SO yum!

This makes 2+ one-cup servings and is just as great later or the next day.

Vegan friendly, low-cal, high potassium and vitamin C, low sodium, and even a lil' healthy fat, and lots of protein too!
