Vanilla Pudding, ready to eat, 6 snack size (4 oz) (remove) Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 3 cup (remove) Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 21 large rectangular piece or 2 square (remove) Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted (remove) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp (remove) Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove) Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
Mix 1 large box pudding as directed. Let thicken. FOLD in one 12 oz. container cool whip. Line bottom of 13x9 dish with graham crackers. Top with 1/2 pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers. Add remaining pudding mixture. Top with final layer of graham crackers. Sift powdered sugar and set to side. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add cocoa then water until mixture is somewhat thin. Add sifted sugar. Add additional hot water if needed until mixture is to desired consistency. It should be somewhat thin. Pour icing over top of graham crackers and spread until entire top is covered. SOOOOO good. I divide this into 9 servings, because it is just THAT good.
