1 Ezekiel corn tortilla
1 poached egg
3 Tbsp low fat cheddar cheese
1 serving pico de gallo
1 Tbsp fat free refried beans
1/4 avocado, sliced
While egg is poaching, spread 1 Tbsp refried beans and 2 Tbsp cheese onto the tortilla. Microwave for 10 seconds.
When egg is finished, place on top of beans and sprinkle with cheese, pico, and avocado.
