Tofu Balls

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 small onion finely chopped
    1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
    185g Tofu (firm)
    Bread crumbs from one slice of bread
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp chives
    1 tsp basil

Directions

Serves 2

1-Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 6

2-Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.

3- Form into balls and place onto a baking tray. (The balls can be as big as you like, I usually just spoon about a tbsp of mix for snack size!)

4-Cook for 25-30mins or until browned.
