Normer's Cheese Soup

    4 Chicken Bullion Cubes
    3 Cups Diced Potatoes
    1 Cup Diced Celery
    1 Cup Diced Onion
    1 Sack Frozen Mixed Cauliflower, Broccoli & Carrots
    2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
    1 lb. Velvetta Cheese


Desolve Bullion Cubes in 3 quarts of Water
Add Potatoes, Celery & Onions Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Then add the Frozen Vegestables and Cook another 10-15 min
Add 2 cans of Soup, mix well and then add 1lb of Velvetta
Simmer till cheese is melted.
Ready to eat can be stored in Refigerator.
