Bean Salad

Introduction

A delicious fiber rich recipe! A delicious fiber rich recipe!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can wax yellow beans
    1 can Green Beans
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 can of whole kernel corn
    1 small onion cut into rings
    1 small green pepper sliced into rings
    3/4 cup brown sugar - Splenda
    1/3 cup oil
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Open all the cans, drain and rinse veggies.
Boil Oil, Sugar, Pepper & vinegar. Cool slightly, then pour over vegetables. Let marinate serveral hours before serving, turning from time to time.
