Introduction

I bought these amazing looking cherry tomatoes at the store and had no idea what to do with them, mixed them into a bean salad for a mid-day snack. Delicious and tangy, would make a great topper to steak. I bought these amazing looking cherry tomatoes at the store and had no idea what to do with them, mixed them into a bean salad for a mid-day snack. Delicious and tangy, would make a great topper to steak.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can great northern beans - drained and rinsed
    2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp rosemary
    1 tbsp parsley
    2 tsp minced garlic
    10 basil leaves

Directions

Mix garlic, rosemary, parsley, olive oil, and vinegar together. Drain and rinse beans, add to spices.
Cut tomatoes in half and add.
Chop basil leaves, add.
Mix together, add salt and pepper to taste.
