Grated Pecorino Romano
Sun dried tomatoes (optional)
Barilla Plus Roniti
Drop nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on; process until minced. Add oil; pulse 3 times. Add basil, parsley, cheese, lemon and salt; process until finely minced, scraping sides of bowl once. If sauce is too dry, add a little water.
Toss pesto with pasta. Garnish with minced sundried tomatoes.
