1 pacakge of Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour) - you can use any brand.
1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of White Vinegar
0.5 tablespoons of Sugar (Or Splenda to lower the calories even further!)
0.5 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
Red Pepper (sliced thinly)
Carrot (sliced thinly)
Green Onion (finely chopped)
The amount of the veggies used is up to you, for this recipe I used about 1/2 of each, but the more the merrier!
Add all oher ingredients.
Allow to cool in the fridge, for about 20-30 minutes. The temperature preference is up to you, but I like mine really cold!
