Chicken Stir Fry with Asparagus

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp EVOO
    crushed garlic to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp House of Tsang Spicy Szechuan Sauce
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
    asparagus spears, cut into 1' pieces
    red bell pepper, diced
    *frozen peas and carrots
    *frozen mixed veggies

    *Normally, I use fresh veggies, but I just used what I had on hand today.

Directions

1.Heat pan with EVOO, garlic, and hot pepper flakes.
2. When oil is hot, add chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and Spicy Szechuan sauce.
3. Cook on med. high until chicken is cook through.
4. Add veggies, and cook until veggies are done. Approx 4-5 minutes with these.
5. Serve over rice.
