Kat's Bare Burritos

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef (93/7)
    1/2 tsp chipotle sauce (or to taste)
    1 packet Taco Bell taco seasoning packet
    3/4 C water
    1/2 C Ingles brand Salsa, Thick & Chunky (mild)
    1/2 C Taco Bell taco sauce--mild

Directions

Brown ground beef & drain. Place meat back in skillet with taco seasoning packet & 3/4 C water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chipotle, salsa and taco sauce. Continue to simmer to your consistancy (about 10 minutes for "traditional" thickness). Add low-fat shredded cheese & sour cream if desired. Garnish w/ cilantro. Adding a tortillia adds about 30 carbs, so I eat mine without!
