Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet
    Salt, 1 dash
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    Mashed Potatoes, 3 cup
    Catsup, 0.75 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    wine vinegar, 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp

Directions

Assembly Instruction: Prepare Mashed potatoes as you prefer. Brown the ground beef (you can also use ground turkey or a combination of both) and saute the onion. Drain.of grease. Mix worcestershire sauce, catsup, mustard and wine vinegar and salt in a small bowl. When well mixed pour into ground beef and stir untill all well mixed.

Freezer directions: When cooled you can either layer in a casserole dish (meat on bottom, corn, then spread mashed potatoes) or you can put meat into one freezer bag, corn into another, and prepared mashed potatoes in another. Remove excess air. seal label and freeze. (I usually make two casseroles and then bag the makings of another and staple the three bags together to make it easier to find on dinner night)

Serving directions: Completely thaw items. Then layer in a casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until heated through.
