Ingredients

Sift together flour, soda, sugar and salt. Set aside. Whirl bananas, egg, vanilla and oil in blender; fold in yogurt. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour over dry ingredients. Blend with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into loaf pan greased with tub safflower margarine.
Directions
Cook in a loaf pan greased with tub sufflower margarine. Bake 1 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8 1/4" slices.
