Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients

    4 oz. Lasagna Noodles
    8 oz. Lean Ground Beef
    3 cloves Garlic
    .75 c. Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    .75 c. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    4 oz Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
    1 tsp. Fennel
    1 tsp. Basil
    2 c. Fresh Spinach

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook pasta el dente, drain and set aside. Mix hamburger with fennel, garlic and basil and saute over medium heat. In bread pan alternate layers of noodles, ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella, spinach and hamburger. Top with 1/4 c. shreaded mozzarella. Bake at 375 F for 30-40 min. Serves 4
