1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup PC Celeb margarine
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream together the margarine and splenda.
Add eggs, bananas, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes. Cool and frost if desired.
