Introduction

Light Nachos Light Nachos
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Tostitos Light Tortilla Chips, 4 oz
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 8 tsp
    *Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded, 1 cup

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain thoroughly before adding taco seasing and water. Cook as instructed. In the meantime, divide chips evenly on 6 small oven ready plates. Divide taco meat evenly and apply on top of chips. Divide cheese evenly on top of meat mixture. Pop into 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy with a nice side salad.
