Veggie Cream Cheese Spread for Bagels

Submitted by: SLCCOLE

Introduction

A very light alternative to the fattening cream cheese spreads. Using a mixture of light cream cheese and yogurt, it is perfect for sandwiches, bagels, or as dip for vegetables. To serve as a dip, just thin it a little with skim milk. A very light alternative to the fattening cream cheese spreads.
