IntroductionThis is the original recipe I was given but can be modified to fit dietary needs. This is the original recipe I was given but can be modified to fit dietary needs.
1 1/2 package of cream cheese
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 package (about a lb) of boneless skin less chicken
3/4 cup of Franks Hot Sauce
4 tbsp of margerine/butter
2 green onions
Chop the green onion and sprinkle over the chicken and cream cheese.
Melt the butter together with the Franks Hot Sauce and pour over the chicken and then top with the shredded cheese.
Pop it in the oven at about 375 (or broiler JUST WATCH IT CLOSELY!!) until the cheesy is melty.
Serve with celery sticks or chips.
To lighten up the recipe you can substitute fat free cheese and I a different hot sauce.
