Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Instant Rice
1-15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1-14.5 oz Can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 small onion chopped fine
14 Large Cabbage Leaves
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and pat dry the cabbage leaves. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, seasonings and 1/4 can of the tomato sauce.
Pour and spread 1/4 can of the tomato sauce onto the bottom of a large casserole dish. Spoon 1/8 to almost 1/4 cup of meat mixture into center of each cabbage leave, tuck and fold the edges. Arrange neatly in the casserole. Pour the can of stewed tomatoes all around, then spread the remainder of the tomato sauce on each roll. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly over each cabbage roll.
