Introduction

Low fat, low sodium potato bake that is very tasty even without seasoning. I added a small amount of Tastefully Simple All Natural Seasoned Salt but really would not have needed it. Ingredients

    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 - 4 to 5 inch asparagus, cut in half
    I - large zuchinni, cubed
    10 - 4 inch snap beans, cut in half
    1 bag (680 grams) Green Giant Klondike Medley Idaho Potatoes
    4 tbsp Smart Squeeze Nonfat Margerine Spread
    3 tbsp grated parmesan style topping

Directions

Clean, cut up and mix all ingredients except the parmesan in an oven safe casserole dish. Add a small amount of water. Bake in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes to one hour, until vegetables are desired tenderness. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
