Ponzu Sauce

Introduction

I grew eating sushi, and this sauce to me is a must....! Best of all it is almost calorie free...toss it with japanese cabbage, shredded onions, edamame, and top with sesame seeds and crispy wontons for a delicious low calorie option!

You can add grated ginger, scallions, and coriander seeds...this will explode in your mouth with flavor...!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of soy sauce
    1.5 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp orange juice
    1/4 cup of soy sauce

Directions

Just whisk all ingredients and chill for a bit...dip your favorite steamed veggies or use as salad dressing...!
