Tilapia, 2 filets
Yellow Cornmeal, 6 tbsp
Red pepper, crushed, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp
Salsa, 0.5 cup
2. Dip each tilapia filet in the cornmeal mixture to coat.
3. Spray a pan with Pam and place each filet in it.
4. Bake for 20 min.
5. Top each filet with half of the salsa.
