  • This was great. The cumin isn't strong at all, which is great since I'm not a fan. The lemon flavor throughout the dish was lovely. My mint plant died so I substituted fresh basil, wonderful! - 7/26/12

  • Just made this tonight. It is wonderful! I let it marinade and come closer to room temp before grilling. The chicken was so moist. The bulgar was wonderful. I will definitely make this again - it was so easy and so delicious! - 4/9/10

  • Spouse and I liked the dominant lemon flavor and almonds for texture. I didn't have fresh mint so I used a heaping tsp of dried spearmint for flavor. Very nice. - 2/21/10
