Taco Dip

Introduction

A childhood favorite, made for superbowl. ;) A childhood favorite, made for superbowl. ;)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. LEAN (93/7) Ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 Cup of fat free refried beans
    1/3 Cup water
    1 Cup lowfat/fat free sour cream
    1 Cup Pace Salsa (heat of your preference)
    Low fat shredded cheese

Directions

Brown Ground Beef and mix with taco seasoning as directed on package. Mix 1/3 cup of water with 1C of refried beans. Mix the refried beans in with the ground beef.

Line an 8x8" pan with aluminum foil.
Add ground beef mixture to pan.

Mix sour cream and salsa together and layer on top of ground beef.

Put in 400 degree oven for five minutes.

Take pan out of the oven, sprinkle cheese over the top and return it to the oven until the cheese melts (apx. 5 more minutes).

Let sit for a few minutes when you take it out of the oven before serving so it can "set up".
