Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Cut up chicken into pieces.
Put all ingredients except parmesan cheese into a baking pan
Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked to internal temp of 170 and veggies are cooked to desired tenderness
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
