Ingredients

    1.5 cups fat free greek yogurt
    3 tbsp reduced sodium taco seasoning
    2 cans refried vegetarian beans (3 cups)
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (1.5 cups)
    2 small avocados, peeled and slices (4 oz)
    4 oz low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    8 scallions (chopped)
    2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
    30 large black olives (quartered)

Directions

Combine yogurt and taco seasoning, mix well.

Spread refried beans into a 9x13 pan. Top with kidney beans, avocado, yogurt, cheese, scallions, tomatoes, and olives. Serve with chips or tortillas.
