No knead, quick bread

Introduction

This is such a quick and easy bread to make. It does not make big loaves but rather delicious, dense loaves. This is such a quick and easy bread to make. It does not make big loaves but rather delicious, dense loaves.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    6 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp salt
    2 pkg or 4 1/2 tsp yeast
    3 1/2 hot water (120-130 degrees)

    Mix everything but water then pour in hot water and stir 50 stokes to blend.
    Spoon mix into 2 greased pans - 2/3 full. Wet your fingertips to push batter into corners and to smooth out. Cover with wax paper and leave at room temperature.
    Let it rise for 30 minutes - no more.
    Preheat over to 400 degrees 20 minutes before baking. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, lower heat to 350 and bake for 25 more minutes or until done.

Directions

Makes two loaves and about 24-30 slices.
