Ingredients

    12 oz lean ground turkey
    03 oz ground pork
    1 tsp dried sage
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 t garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves mashed
    1/2 tsp onion powder or 1/3 cup finely chopped
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 t red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp oregano, dried
    1/4 tsp tarragon, dried

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. make into 2 oz. patties. Place in a medium heat skillet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or in oven at 350'F and for about 10 to 15 mintues. You can freeze uncooked turkey sauage for a later date.
