18 ounces cooked or 24 ounces raw cubed chicken
Onions - 2 cups chopped.
Red Bell Peppers - 1 cup chopped
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Brown rice - cooked - 3 cups
Add cooked rice, and sitr-fry until it's all done. Sitr in 1 tsp of chinese 5-spice mix.
