Flop proof tuna tart

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can shredded tuna in water (drained)
    3 slices reduced calorie wheat bread cubed
    250 gram (9 ounces) Cheddar cheese grated
    1 cup diced tomato
    1 cup diced onion
    2 tablespoons margarine
    4 eggs large
    1 teaspoon fish spice
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    no salt as cheddar has enough

Directions

Mix tomato, onion, cheese spice and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Put bread, milk and margarine in saucepan on stove stir as it heats up. As bubbles start remove (do not boil) and add to mixture in bowl. Mix with a whisk or electric beater. Whisk the eggs untill frothy then add to mixture and whisk again.
Pour into a 8 inch pie or flan dish that has being sprayed with spray and cook. Make sure that the ingredients are not concentrated in one area. Cook at 180 degrees middle shelf for 1 hour.
