5 ounces smoked turkey sausage
1 1/2 c thinly sliced lek
2 cloves garlic, minced.
32 oz low sodium vegetable or chicken broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp hot sauce
2 (14-1/2oz) cans no salt added stewed tomatoes, undrained
Stir in thyme, and remaining ingredients into sausage mixture; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, Simmer 15 minutes or until lentils are tender.
