Easy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

    1 Lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1 cup salsa
    1 fresh mango diced

Directions

Toss shrimp with taco seasoning. Melt margarine in a hot skillet. Saute shrimp until done, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wrap corn tortillas in foli and heat in the oven. Dice the mango and mix it into about 1 cup of salsa to make the mango salsa. Use two cron tortillas per taco, (one will fall apart). Top with shredded cabbage and mango salsa.

Makes about 5 tacos
