Ingredients

8 large eggs
1 cup milk
a dash of salt
2 dashes of pepper
3/4 cup diced/chopped onions
1 cup sliced/chopped mushrooms
1 large red pepper
8 slices cooked bacon.
Directions
*Prep time does not include time for chopping vegetables and cooking bacon*
IN a 9x9 pan, place a layer of onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Crumble the bacon over top. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk and eggs, adding the dash of salt and two dashes of pepper while mixing. After it is well blended pour it over the vegetables and bacon. sprinkle cheese on top. Pop in a 400* oven for 20 minutes then reduce the temperature to 375 until set in the middle. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
