Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

    1/2 can of 98% Fat Free Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    3 oz. of cooked chicken breast no skin
    2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    3 TBSP. Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 frozen biscuit

Directions

Mix together soup, vegetables, chicken (canned chicken works fine here) & broth & place into a single serving size casserole dish. Thaw frozen biscuit in microwave for 20 seconds. Roll biscuit out w/ rolling pin & put on top of mixture. Cook in oven at 350 for around 15-20 minuties - until the biscuit is brown & the interior is bubbling.
