Ingredients

    400 gm Dan D Pak dry soup mix 400gm package
    3 Quarts or 12 cups water
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrot
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Chicken pieces optional

Directions

Heat oil in sauce pan and add onion. Sautee till golden then add carrots, celery water and soup mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir occasionally. Simmer for 30 minutes or till tender. Add chicken bouillon,salt & pepper.
