Introduction

Crock Pot Chicken Lemon Rice Soup. Crock Pot Chicken Lemon Rice Soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.75 breast
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    *Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 7 serving
    Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Onions, raw, .45 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 32 fl oz
    Lemon Juice 1/2 cup

Directions

Chop onions, carrots and celery. Place in pot with chicken breast. Add water, chicken broth and bullion cubes. Set crock on high for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken breast. take off skin and bone. Chop into small pieces and put back in pot. Add 1 cup of uncooked long grain rice. Pour in 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Set crock on low and cook for 3 to 5 hours.
