    Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Saffron, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

cut the chicken and potatos into small cubes of similar size.
in a skelet put the butter replacement add the onions stir until light yellow add the bell pepper and the tomato stir untill tender thenadd the chiken when the chiken turns white add the curry , chili powder . stir for 1 minute then add the potatos and cover. leave for 10 minutes on low fire . add the water and the saffron and give a boil.cook the rice according to the instruction on the box and serve .
