Ingredients

    1 quick spray of Pam
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Omega 3 egg (nature egg)
    200 g (about 1 cup) Liquid Egg
    1/4 Shredded low fat cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dill
    1/2 tsp pepper
    (Or spiced of your choice)

Directions

Makes one dinner plate size omlette.

Spray a frying pan with Pam
Put pan on medium heat.
Add Mushrooms
Stir the mushrooms around while you are beating the omega egg with the liquid egg in a bowl.
Add spices to mushrooms and stir just before you add the egg mixture to the pan.
Leave to cook (approx 5m) without stirring. I usually serve with some frozen berries or a grapefruit so I use this time to prepare my side dish.
When the egg looks almost fully cooked (close to no liquid on top), flip the whole omlette over and grate the cheese on the cooked side. After 1m fold in half and serve. Enjoy!
