â€¢ 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
â€¢ 2 cups Fiber One cereal (57), crushed
â€¢ 1 onion, chopped
â€¢ 1 egg white, beaten
â€¢ Â¼ cup 1% nonfat milk
â€¢ Â¼ cup Light Original soymilk
â€¢ Â¼ cup balsamic vinegar
â€¢ 1 clove garlic, minced
â€¢ 1 teaspoon salt
â€¢ 1 teaspoon pepper
â€¢ 1 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary,
or 1 tsp dried rosemary
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan using a
nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the ground
turkey, crushed Fiber One, onion, egg white
and milks. Season with balsamic vinegar,
pepper and rosemary. Press into the prepared
