Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
• 2 cups Fiber One cereal (57), crushed
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 egg white, beaten
• ¼ cup 1% nonfat milk
• ¼ cup Light Original soymilk
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary,
or 1 tsp dried rosemary
Directions
*Makes 8 servings*
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan using a
nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the ground
turkey, crushed Fiber One, onion, egg white
and milks. Season with balsamic vinegar,
pepper and rosemary. Press into the prepared
pan.
3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until
juices run clear when pricked with a knife.
4. Dig in!
