Turkey Sausage Pie

2 Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic [13.8 oz (391 g) svg=1/6 pkg, 65 g], 782 gram(s)
Hunt's Tomato Sauce, (1 Can, 8 oz)
Bell Pepper, fresh red, 160 gram(s)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" diameter)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9 baking dish.
2. Place one sheet of the pizza dough in pan. If necessary, trim edges of dough to fit pan. Bake dough in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. While dough is in oven, heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Crumble sausage into skillet and saute for 2 minutes. Add onions and peppers, and saute an additional 5-7 minutes, until sausage is cooked through and onion is lightly browned. Add tomato sauce and stir well.
4. Pour sausage mixture into baked crust, and cover with second sheet of pizza dough. Gently seal the two crusts together and cut steam vents in top.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
