Introduction

a vegetarian version of the Turkey Burger from the P90X diet a vegetarian version of the Turkey Burger from the P90X diet

Ingredients

    6oz Boca Meatless Ground Crumbles
    1 1/2t bread crumbs
    3T almond breeze milk (calls for buttermilk, but this is healthier)
    2.25t green onions, minced
    2.25t parsley, chopped
    1/4t Dijon mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat grill or broiler.
Combine all and form into patty.
Grill until cooked through.
