Adapted from healthdiscovery.net recipes. I added Grape nuts for a "crust," and have used less Splenda than the original recipe. 1.5 c. Unsweetened soy Milk
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
.5 c. shredded coconut
1 t ground cinnamon
.5 t ground ginger
.25 t ground nutmeg
1/8 t ground cloves
.5 t salt
1 t. vanilla extract
.5 c Splenda for baking
