Cocoa-nut Banana Smoothie

Introduction

This is a really easy and yummy smoothie. I freeze very ripe bananas as I prefer to not use ice. This is a really easy and yummy smoothie. I freeze very ripe bananas as I prefer to not use ice.

Ingredients

    Light soy milk, banana (frozen), cocoa powder ((unsweetened)--I really only used 1 Tbsp but the calories were different on spark), shredded coconut (reduced fat), vanilla extract, honey.

Directions

I freeze very ripe bananas and use them at a later date for smoothies. Just throw it all in a blender and blend until desired consistency. I used only 1 Tbsp of Cocoa powder, but calorie info was different on Spark.
