Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3/4 lb ground lean beef (93%)
    1 c mushrooms, chopped
    1/3 c onions, chopped
    1/2 c carrots, chopped
    1 c black beans, drained and rinsed
    3/4 c frozen chopped spinach
    1 can sloppy joe sauce (manwich)

Directions

In a large skillet brown beef with mushrooms, onions, and carrots.
When meat is done adn veggies are soft, drain all fat and liquids off.
Add beans, spinach, and sauce.
Simmer about 5 mins, until hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a bun, over torn bread, over pasta, or with crackers.
Top each serving with 1 T shreaded cheese if desired.
