Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Instant brown or white rice
1 cn. Cream of Mushroom Soup, mixed w/1 1/2 c. Water.
1/2 c. mixed vegetables w/onion
1/4 c. english peas
dash of black pepper
dash of paprika
dash of garlic salt
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Directions
Braise pork in olive oil till browned. Add vegetables & cook on low till tender.
Add the Cream of Mushroom pre-mixed w/water & rice mixed together to pan & simmer on low for 15-20 min. Stir occassionally to prevent sticking- serve hot with choice of salad.
