Tyson Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts, FRZN, 3 thawed & pound to 1/4 in. thickness.
Hunt's No Added Sugar Italian Style Sauce, 3 cup
DreamFields Healthy Carb Living Spaghetti, 3 oz,
Kroger Recipe Beginnings 'onions,carrots & celery', 3/4 c.
Parmesan Cheese, grated,
Kroger Provolone Sl. Smoked flv. Cheese, 3 serving
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Olive Oil, .25 cup
Whisk egg in bowl large enough to dredge chicken in & a bowl for the Parmesan to dredge in after the egg- preheated large skillet with olive oil, brown till golden & remove to warming platter.
Boil water for Pasta, & keep hot till just before remaining ingredients are done.
Brown vegetables in the skillet that breast were in, drain any remaining oil as best you can. Pour Spaghetti sauce into it, stir vegetables- replace the chicken, topping each breast with sauce & a layer of Provolone. Turn heat to simmer & place a lid to cover. Cook till cheese is melted & sauce is hot. Cook pasta, drain well when done. Place a serving onto each plate topping with Sauce, Chicken (careful not to lose the cheese topping) & additional sauce. Let's eat!
