Ingredients

Tyson Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts, FRZN
4 oz Kroger Neufchatel Cheese (2Tbs),
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp
Bacon, 3 medium slices, raw
Seasonings of choice- may also marinate chicken prior to preparing as directed!
Directions
Thaw boneless, skinless chicken breast if from frozen, place in Ziploc Bag- pound w/meat maltett to 1/4 in. thickness.
Place chicken on cutting board or cookie sheet, add desired seasonings, place 1 serving of Cream Cheeese in inside center or each breast, sprinkle liberally with chives & fold together till all filling is wrapped. Tie with bacon strips to hold closed- including the opened ends.
Place on grill or shallow broiling pan & cook till juices run clear- if using oven you may place on broiler setting so as to brown the bacon & chicken a bit.
Bake 350 for 30-45 min. Serve with favorite dipping sause or side of Picante Sauce- allow for calorie differnces with these additions!
