Introduction

lentils & bulgur lentils & bulgur
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Lentils, 1 cup
    Bulgur, dry, 2.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) sliced
    Olive Oil, 0.5 cup

Directions

boil lentils till tender
in the same water over lentils add bulgur ( reduce water to fit bulgur )
heat olive oil then add onions till carmalized
take onions out of oil and put them over paper then add oil and small onions in it over finished lentils and bulgur
makes 15 serving each about 1 cup
