Forbidden City Chicken (OAMC)

Introduction

This is a once a month cooking recipe This is a once a month cooking recipe
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup soy sauce
    2 Tbsp margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp curry powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 garlic clove
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    Chicken, breasts, skinless, boneless
    Seasame seeds, 2 Tbsps


Directions

Arrange chicken halves skin side up in on layer in a baking pan. In a bowl, mix together everything but the seasame seeds. Spread the mixture over the chicken and chill for one hour.

Freeze: Freeze it at this point. Remember, if you are freeezing this raw you must use fresh chicken, not frozen,defrosted chicken.

To serve: Thaw chicken in refridgerator

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sprinkle some seasme seeds over the chicken and bake for one hour until chicken is golden
