In a bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 7 patties. If grilling, coat grill racks with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill hamburgers, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160. Serve on buns.
